We use your email address for one thing: to tell you when our new website launches. Then we delete it.

Yellow Bird West Ltd, a digital marketing agency in London, is responsible for your information. We’re registered in England and Wales under company number 13486299, and our office is at 29 Kings Court, Kings Drive, Wembley, Brent, HA9 9ES, United Kingdom.

What We Collect

• Your email address, when you ask us to tell you about the launch.
• The date and time you signed up.

That’s all. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

Why We Use It

To send you one email when our new website launches. We won’t add you to a newsletter, we don’t use your address for profiling or automated decisions, and we never sell it or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form. Giving us your email is optional; without it, we just can’t tell you about the launch.

How Long We Keep It

We delete the list once the launch email has gone out, and in any case within 12 months of your sign-up.

Where It’s Kept

The list is a private file with our web host, Hostinger, on servers in the UK. It can’t be reached from the web, and only we can open it. We send the launch email through our email provider, Zoho, which may handle it in the United States under the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

Like any website, our host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, so the site stays running and secure. We rely on our legitimate interest in a working, secure website for this.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@yellowbirdwest.com and we’ll reply within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
